Attention:

  • New electronic transaction system used according to Decision 595 and does not have to get a file number.
  • Form TK1-TS 595 must be filled in with the household member appendix (26th column).
  • The date format is US standard and is MM/dd/yyyy.
  • Attachment file name for digital signature must not contain Vietnamese accents, it is recommended to be as short as possible.

Option 1:

Go to System or Help, select Update new version. Then press Done the software will upgrade itself to version 4.0.

Download the KBHXH 4.0 application upgrade file, and then extract it. If you already have multiple update files, you can change the name as shown below, because if the name is the same, it will report an update file already.

Then, run the file, the software will be upgraded to KBHXH version 4.0.

Attention: Before updating the new version of the Social Security Administration, remember to turn off the software that is currently running.
