Using iDMSS Plus version (free) you will be able to get extra features like Push Alarms, Video Playback, Task Wheel, Finger Gestures, Window Slides and many more.

Note: If you need to use the iDMSS Push Alerts feature, please ensure the following:

Only special devices support the feature Push alarms,
Make sure your device will be able to access the Internet.
To receive alarms, re-registration is required because the previous push certificate has expired. You should be able to re-register in Push Config for the push alarm to resume.

How to use iDMSS Plus

Download application iDMSS Plus download and install. Remember to choose Vietnamese to make it easier to use!
There are 3 options: camera, doorbell and burglar alarm, select Camera.
Click on the 3-mark menu dash in the left corner of the screen.
Select Add a device.
Select a wired device.
Select P2P and Fill in the parameters, including:
- Name: User chooses an arbitrary name.
- SN: This number is provided by the technician.
- Account : Usually defaults to “admin”.
- Password: Technically provided.
- Live View: Main
- Review: Main
When finished, click on “Start Live Viewing”. Connecting to other cameras does the same thing.

Similar to other remote camera monitoring software such as iCam, vMEye, iDMSS Plus also supports you to take screenshots, record and save videos. Everything is super easy to use.

How to watch videos on iDMSS Plus app

Open the iDMSS Plus app on iPhone, iPad. From home screen select “Camera”.

On the screen, click the + sign icon to add 1 device in playback mode.

Select video start time and end time. Try to choose exactly how long you have to review.

Enable to Select a record type. (All, Normal, Alarm, and Motion Detection). Select All if you are not sure what mode your CCTV system is set to record in.
