Every time you type an email address or name into the message window of MS-Outlook, it will automatically provide you with a list of users and email addresses from which you can choose. This function is known as 'AutoComplete' and Outlook automatically builds a list of these emails according to user actions and saves it to a file .NK2.
However, in some cases, you may need to edit or change the values that appear in the AutoComplete list, or you may want to remove unwanted email addresses, or add new email addresses. new.
