1. PREPARATION
- A video clip of a karaoke song. Then you use a conversion program to get the background music from this video clip, this will help the illustration clip and the song have the same image and duration. AVKM supports background music in mp3, ogg, wma, wav, au, aif..., background video in avi, mov, mpg, mpeg..., and jpg, jpeg, bmp format background music .

2. CREATE A NEW PROJECT AND ADJUST SETTINGS
- At the main interface of AVKM, click the New Project button and then select the music file in the window that appears. You continue to press the Add Lyrics and Add Background buttons on the toolbar to add lyrics and background images and videos to the project, respectively. 3. SYNC BETWEEN MUSIC AND SONG
- This is also the step that takes the most time and effort. At the main interface, you press the Play button, then you press the F5 key to start syncing lyrics and songs. When you hear a word in the song, you just need to press the Set button in the lower right corner (or the shortcut Alt Space), if there is a piece of music without singing you press Silent (or the shortcut Ctrl Space). Just listen and click until the end of the song. If there is a word that does not sync correctly with the word in the music, press the Back button to go back to that word or press Ctrl BackSpace (the delete button is right above the Enter button). 4. ENJOY THE RESULTS
After completing step 3, you can immediately click the Preview button on the toolbar to review your own karaoke. Once you're satisfied, you can export it to a video file by doing the following:
- Click the Settings button on the toolbar, in the Output section, select the video format in Converting Mode, video compression and music in Video Compressor and Audio Compressor. You can leave the default and then press OK.
- Back to the main interface, click the Export button, in the window that appears, click the three dots (...) button, choose where to save and the name of the karaoke file, done you press the Start button.
