The story in game POSTAL 4: No Regerts begins a few years after the events that devastated the town that was once proudly remembered as a land paradise office. Only 2 people survived the disaster - that was the rogue man named POSTAL Dude and his loyal companion Champ. The two drive aimlessly through the scorching deserts of Arizona to find a new home.
Violence is always the preferred choice in the gameplay of POSTAL 4: No Regerts
After stopping at the gas station to refuel, the two returned house and a bunch of stolen property. Dude decided to "break up" his own name and start a new life. But suddenly on the horizon, the two saw something strange and brilliant beckoning them. Is this a new ray of hope? Reputation? Luck? Or a bid of chance?
POSTAL 4: No Regerts has a gameplay like no other
Main feature of POSTAL 4: No Regerts
- Freedom to move, explore the open world and play games in the familiar Sandbox style. Perform daily tasks in a non-linear fashion. Look for a series of side quests for extra rewards. Or do we have the right to ignore the whole thing and create a big “pandemic” in our spare time.
- Jon St. Veteran John and Duke Nukem will take on the role of POSTAL guy.
- Adventure in a whole new town: learn more about Edensin and uncover its dark secrets. The town is flooded with gambling, this evil! Visit the local prison, but don't become a regular in it. Meet the mysterious and strange locals on the Mexican border. Travel by scooter. Try your luck at the casinos of the land of Zag - all controlled under the eyes of the ERC Tower.
The setting of POSTAL 4: No Regerts is set in an open world
- Enjoy total freedom when you will be able to choose your own gameplay. Use new ammo types and tools to support combat. Violence is still the top priority in this game.
- Own an ultimate arsenal with classics like shovels, gas tanks or the famous Machete boomerang. There are also new weapons like the AK gun and the Tazer Baton. Set traps and create a chaotic battle with the new Pigeon Mine. Get creative in combat with liquid ammunition. Fill the fire with water and gasoline to create an improvised flamethrower. Or you can even bathe Edensin's residents with… urine.
- Potential power-up: add a POSTAL spiral to weapons for increased damage.
- Gather an army of dogs to help you with your criminal missions. Command them to enter new areas or throw them at others as a familiar nuisance.

Some side quests
- Choose a bid: Spread the word about the sink in town. face and toilet. Dude's task is to install toilets at the opponent's house - the Wipe Militant cult, the followers of … toilet paper. In this quest, Dude will venture deep into the center of town and battle Tinklage, a petty tycoon.
- Preventing the opening of Kunny Island: The conflict between the amusement park expansion project. The Kunny Island location of Krotchy Co. with Mike's plan to build a 3rd mansion on the same land that caused an uncompromising battle.

- Wipe Militants: A sect that blends feudalism and dictatorial fascism. This is the force that will fight Dude in the first side quest.

- Affluent Tile: Located in the East Center of town, is Mike's pride.
- Kunny Island: Outdoor Recreation Center for the whole family with lots of play areas, interesting stalls.
